    We were in Colorado Springs for a week recently and we tried a few Taco Trucks that we liked. We really liked the Taco Bus El Poblano. We ate the Carne Asada Street Tacos, Tamales and Pupusas and Bean Burritos. Everything was very good and the service was excellent. We ordered our food to go each day, but the bus is cool too! We want to live in a Taco Bus!

    Good street tacos. The customer service was friendly and worked hard to get my order correct. I would have given it 5 stars, but literally it is on a bus. It was very difficult getting on it to order and there was no way I could get off the bus with my order in hand without spilling it.
