Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant 3

I love this restaurant 😍. They have been nice to us every time we come here. I brought my parents before Xmas and they were impressed as well. I come to this one though there is one closer to my house. Everything we have tried from burritos to fajitas has been good and they gave me a military discount.

First visit. Nice space and features an extensive menu. Had lunch with a friend. We ordered the skinny tacos and the spinach enchiladas. I was excited to see a low-carb menu option with the skinny tacos. They were good, except the lettuce "tortillas" were placed directly on a very hot plate, leaving them limp and unusable. Otherwise, it was a good lunch experience. To my taste and preferences, definitely the better Mexican food restaurant in the north side of town

Great standard Mexican food. Service was excellent. Ambiance was really good. Awesome patio and views. Food was above average. Margaritas were perfect. Not super original or mind blowing. But very good quality and service.
