    I was not there for the dining experience; but to tour the facilities for the Paragon Culinary School; which operates in part out of Briarhurst. The facility is gorgeous, and by gorgeous, that is an understatement. The kitchen/teaching area is astounding. I can definitely see why this is a popular destination for weddings and events, the house itself with the background it is set would make for a truly magical experience.

    Nice area for conferences and banquets! Could use a bit of updating but overall it is a good space to be able to use. The food was excellent and the staff was great!

    The Briarhurst Manor was an excellent choice. Our server Denny was pleasant and very good at his job. He up-sold us the five-course meal, and we really enjoyed it. The presentation of every course was just wonderful. Each item was tasty. For our entre, my spouse got the elk. It was a very large piece of meat, and cooked to perfection. I got the beef tips. They were flavorful, juicy, and plentiful. The desserts were decadent. If you're looking for a very special place for a special occasion, this is it.

    Great venue for parties and activities. We did our Christmas company party there last night and the staff were fantastic to work with. We hosted a murder mystery with the group red Herring productions
