The Cliff House at Pikes Peak

Quick romantic getaway for peace and quiet. Staff was great and helped so much. The Firestone room was a great deal for the amenities and view. We stayed for supper and enjoyed the attentive and made us feel special. Beautiful through and through

Had an early Valentines day and night here. It was beautiful. We checked in right as it started snowing and stayed in the Firestone suite! It was gorgeous! The Red Mountain bar and grill made an excellent ruebun sandwich and had a cozy dining atmosphere. Loved it!

Beautiful and 5 star “big city” style service!! From the second we pulled into valet, and our bags were whisked up to our room... we were in love!!! The door is always opened by a friendly face and the front desk was fast and efficient. THEN there was the room... and the VIEWS!!! So perfect!!! To end it all we had the most amazing breakfast while sitting at a table by the window with more amazing views. Looking to treat someone... or just yourself... this place is a must!!!

My hubby and I decided to take a quick overnight trip to Manitou. We really didn’t have high expectations or anything since we had been to Manitou before, it’s just a cute little town. We were blown away by how much we enjoyed this place. The staff were extremely friendly but never in a way that was overbearing. The food was great and the room was cozy and warm. Almost like a cabin but updated. I mean we’re millennials so we still love our technology. I enjoyed the fireplace we had in our room and the jacuzzi tub for two. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave so soon. We would definitely go back in a second.

This place is the perfect balance of 1873 and 2019! They updated everything in the room but kept the authenticity of the building and decor. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful! Matt in particular helped bring our bags in and continued to bring our car around throughout the weekend! He was always smiling and welcomed us back. The town of Manitou Springs is quaint and gorgeous! We walked around about 10 p.m and it was quiet, but as you walked around and looked into the bars you saw many people in there having the time of their lives. I love how quiet it was outside walking around but you’re still able to go to a bar and have a great time inside! The hotel cleaned our rooms and left chocolate every time. The breakfast that is included is the best breakfast that has been included in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Thank you Cliff House for making this experience unforgettable!!
