Fuji Mountain

Fuji Mountain has hibachis in the restaurant area, which is always entertaining. They also serve good sushi/sashimi here. We frequently get the Chicken Pad Thai for takeout or delivery; one of our favorites.

We eat Hibachi everywhere we go, this is at the top of my list! Great food, atmosphere, staff......we will be coming back most definitely! Kids love it!

During the first week I moved to Colorado Springs I visited this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to taste the food. This is the first time I ever enjoyed such fresh and crisp vegetables at an Asian restaurant. The most important thing I think is the large portions they serve us. This is a keeper

Hubby and I frequent this restaurant. Today it was beef with mixed vegetables and egg drop soup for him and Mei Fun beef with mixed vegetables for me. It was definitely tasty. I plan to order this again. They offer chop sticks and Jay is very helpful if you have particular menu concerns.
