“The manager, Andrea, was beyond patient with me!! I was ordering coffee drinks for other people and didn't know all of the answers for the follow-up questions. Hot, or cold? Whipped cream? Sprinkles? What size? Which blend of coffee? Etc..... I was overwhelmed!! I had to keep calling people to verify a correct choice!! Andrea was patient and waited for me to make a decision before preparing any coffee drink!! I felt so bad, like I was stringing her along. She reassured me that it was NBD!! And it was Christmas Eve!! At 0600!! She clearly could have been mean and snarky and I couldn't blame her.... but, she was not!! She was as sweet as candy and SO, SO, SO helpful!!!! I'd visit here again and again!!!”

“When your really want a decent bowl of soup on a cold day this place hits the spot, but the long waits make it less than ideal for than other options. I ordered second in a group of 5 and ordered the same thing as someone else but somehow waited an extra 15 minutes so everyone in my group was nearly done when I was just sitting down to eat. It was pretty good food and the bread is a great side for the hot soup/ cold weather though.”

“Found this gem on a whim while in the springs for car work. Just down the hill from the car dealerships nestled in a quaint little neighborhood is this shining jewel. This bar is located in an old neighborhood elementary school in what used to be the principals office. The bar tops are made from chalkboards, glass holders from desks and varies other up-cycle motif throughout. Service was outstanding, this is a bar mixed with a coffee shop, very upscale fancy drinks made by experts. This is a must visit while in the area, ask the bartender for their advice on a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. We cannot wait to come back and try some food with awesome drinks!”

“I have had breakfast burritos from at least a dozen different local establishments over the years and this is the one I prefer hands down. In fact, I had pretty much stopped ordering them until my wife came across a post about the Coffee Shack and we gave it a try. They do have a set menu, but Ross will put together whatever you want if he has the ingredients on hand. This is especially nice since my wife is very sensitive to many foods. A very unique touch to their burritos is that they get a nice press at the end which adds a wonderful dimension to what is commonly your soft flour tortilla wrap. There is also a vast array of hot, cold, and blended beverages and Jo never disappoints. My wife prefers her drinks over any of the chains around town. In addition to breakfast there are also lunch items, such as BBQ, brats and dogs, and nachos. If you are ever in the neighborhood or even if you aren't, stop by. The owners are great people and it's always a nice visit!”
