Miner's Claim Restaurant

Enjoyed our night for Tini Tuesday. So many to chose from! The small plate special was chili rellano with a roast tomato sauce - fabulous! The service was great, drinks were yummy and the food was delicious.

We are staying in the KOA camp in silt Colorado. The front desk recommended this restaurant for dinner and they were spot on. There’s a golf cart that picks you up and take you on a 10 minute ride over to the restaurant drops you off. We had a reservation and checked in at the front desk with the owner Christian. The staff was very friendly and customer service was their top priority our server Julie was fantastic. The crusted salmon was the best we’ve ever eaten. The meals came out hot and fresh by the staff in the kitchen. If you’re in the Silt/Rifle area this is a must stop dinner destination.

A must-visit if in the Rifle / Silt area! There’s a shuttle golf cart from the Holiday Inn Express. Service was great and the food was amazing. Check for specials. Shuttle cart driver recommended The Miami Vice drink and the wild boar shanks with potatoes (creamed and sweet). He was spot on!

Friendly staff who sat us quickly, excellent drinks from a huge and interesting drinks menu, and great food. We really enjoyed watching the bartender make drinks (non-stop!) while we ate. I was amazed by her knowledge of their menu and that she'd developed some of their drinks. Honestly completely worth going here for drinks alone.

We came upon this on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. We did not have reservations but they were very accommodating and got us in quickly. We sat in an area that was probably once outdoor dining and was covered by a tent-like plastic which made it a little cold. Food was good and service was excellent. I would recommend and locals very very nice and welcoming.
