Incredible rehearsal dinner venue! As my husband and I were planning our wedding in Winter Park, Colorado, we stumbled upon the newly opened Fraser Valley Distilling and immediately fell in love with the space, concept, and family who runs it! The planning process was seamless (which was much appreciated in the midst of planning a large wedding), and Jenna and Rebecca were very responsive. We had the absolute best time and could not have imagined a better place to celebrate that evening. The details of the evening with the decorations, his/her specialty drinks, distillery tours, etc. were above and beyond. The food was delicious and cocktails top notch. All our guests were raving about it! Would highly recommend for hosting any private event - you will not be disappointed. They even have a private barrel room with a garage door, that opens to allow for the enjoyment of that fresh mountain air!

Amazing place! The cocktails are amazing and the service couldn't be better. We came mostly for the cocktails but we tried the cheese curds and they were delicious. We did a tour of the distillery and it was super informative! My family and I learned a lot about the whiskey making process. I would recommend this place to anyone in Fraser/Winter Park area.

Best Distillery I have ever been to. The owner was gracious and gave us a tour of the distillery. We are beyond impressed with the selection of drinks and the food was to die for! Thank you for serving us and we will return!

We stopped in after moonlight snowshoeing and were immediately greeted by Ed (Edmund?), our server, who noticed that we were from MN and suggested the cheese curds. They arrived at our table in less than 5 minutes and were delicious! We went on to order fries (enough for 4 people) French onion soup, the grilled cheese with gruyere and apples and the butternut squash soup. All of it was delicious!! The drinks were also excellent. Ed was very knowledgeable about the distillery and was very personable. We highly recommend a stop here if you are visiting the Fraser valley.

My husband and I had a great dinner here. Even if you aren’t a cocktail drinker, it’s worth a visit just for the high-quality food and attentive service. Plenty of gluten-free & veggie options.
