Carver's Bakery Cafe

Fantastic breakfast spot. Great staff, better food, and close to the resort. We love to go anytime we are up at our cabin. Early birds can grab a bite before skiing or snowboarding.

Hidden from a drive by we were heading in for a coffee and bagel since that place had a sign. But then found this next door. Food was great, inventive and original. People working were nice and environment clean ad inviting.

Carvers is my absolute favorite food in the valley. I wish they were open for dinner. Biscuits and gravy is my GO TO but lately I've been eating the breakfast burrito. YUM! Their soups are always fresh, homemade, and to die for. The bloody mary is one of the best in town; it is a bit spicy. Get it with the cucumber vodka! They fresh squeeze orange juice, the corned beef hash skillet is bomb, the yogurt and granola is a healthy yet tasty choice...I could go on and on about my favorite food spot in the valley :) GO HERE

Good breakfast place. Sit down and order. Your eggs are cooked the way you want. Everything comes to the table hot. A side of fruit is fresh (not out of a can). Coffee is easy to drink. Pancakes, waffles, french toast are all fluffy and the butter is soft. They will package anything to go, especially the burritos. They don't blink an eye when a group of 8 walk in and sit down. I've been here many times the last 5 years and today was just as good as the other times. Consistently good. Nothing is pre made so expect some time before everything comes out all at once.
