The Peak

I have a place up in Winter Park so I have been to the Peak several times. In the past the food was OK, but the beer left something to be desired. I have been a home brewer for a while, and I noticed some flaws and bad flavors.
Fast-forward to this past weekend. The new head brewer met me at my table and told me he had changed some recipes as well as added new beers. They were all amazing and the flagships show vast improvement. The food was also much better. I would suggest the doppelbock while it lasts but for the flagships the AC IPA was really good

Total tourist to Winterpark. First place we stopped and will always be the first from now on. Exceptional service during a very busy time and was checked on by the GM and owner. Very nice waitress and never wanted for anything. Highly recommend.

Joe gave us absolutely fantastic service. All of the food was great, but the green peppercorn gravy WAS TO DIE FOR! Highly recommend.

We were greeted at front door and waited on quickly. Granted the restaurant was not crowded but service was excellent. We ordered the pepperoni pizza along with a pitcher of beer which happened to be the special one day. Prices for food was really reasonable. We meet the owner and a few other employees and they were very friendly and made sure we had a god experience.
