Soupcon Restaurant

Exceptional dining experience! Quaint and intimate setting in a little historic cabin. We were seated in a private dining room which was a jurt next to the main building- it was snug and the hosts made it really special. Service was impeccable. We opted for wine pairing with our courses and the sommelier did an excellent job. Every course was a delicate and creative sensation and Chef John an absolute master and superb host. Yes pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended!

All I can say is, WOW! Absolutely must go to restaurant in Crested Butte. Staff and chef are great. Food is over the top. Great ambiance. Look forward to my next visit.

Food was superb. Service was impeccable. After a medical scare and having to cancel our original reservation we were able to rebook and had a wonderful anniversary dinner. We'll make a point to come to Soupcon every time we come to Crested Butte.

It’s a decent place in a cozy cabin. We had the pre fix menu and it was just ok. The portions are very small.It’s $150 per a person for the whole experience minus drinks. We wanted to like it more then we did because we love escargot which was our reasoning for going.

Consider the wine pairing as a major improvement. It's well done and enhances the experience. Don't come early to the reservation. By reservation only. Portion sizes are correct so as a heavy eater that helped me, but left me hungry. I appreciate this, thank you! Flavor, texture, and presentation are world class.
