The Dive Gunnison

Very neat all American restaurant. The burger was really good, would recommend. There was bar, indoor table, and outdoor stool seating. The water came in cool bottles and the servers were super cool and kind. Would totally recommend, plus it has food for everyone!

We ate dinner at this extremely noisy restaurant/bar. However, my house salad was sensational & not at all run-of-the-mill, as was the tomato bisque. My husband had a burger & fries. The wait staff were quick, efficient & friendly even though the place was packed.

What a great place! I had the fried walleye. I normally don't eat coleslaw, but homemade version at The Dive was clean and delicious. The sauces worked really well with delicious fish. All yummy. The atmosphere was upbeat and well lit. Definitely will be back.

I LOVED the food here! Tried all the 5 dishes we ordered in total, and every single one was perfectly seasoned, tasted like it was made with love, and perfectly portioned. (Well except my husband would have loved more meatloaf, but that's because it was just so good). Service was outstanding. Just seems like a very thoughtful menu and management structure! I will plan to visit every time I go to Gunnison.

Crowded on Friday afternoons! Get there early for a table. Great food, friendly staff, and top notch beer and cocktails! Try the bar burger, cooked to perfection, with tasty sauce. Definitely worth the drive!
