Coal Mine Dragon

*Update* My family still enjoy's their food more than other Asian cuisine found in Evergreen, but the prices are high enough that we can't afford to eat here when we like to. Especially now that they no longer honor their Lunch Menu. Was told by the owner today that it's okay b/c it's only about a dollar more. Not sure where she gets her numbers, but the math doesn't check out. Do your consumers a favor and update your menu's in your restaurant and online to reflect your new prices and remove the Lunch Menu.

We really like Coal Mine Dragon. The food is solid. We’ve been taking out and dining in for awhile (since 2010). The owners are nice to us, but I think it’s because they know us? We will keep going back. The Sesame Chicken, War Won Soup, Kung Pao Beef and Moo Shu Chicken are our favorites!

I felt a need to update my review. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, but I really feel that Cole Mine has put a focus on improving their customer service and it really shows! I enjoy coming here often now. They have the best hot and sour soup, it doesn’t compare anywhere else. I literally get their soup once a week. The sesame chicken is delicious, kids would love it too. I call in once a week and they always have my order ready in 10 mins and they are always friendly and quick. They even remember my twin sister now. Delicious food and I always have a pleasant take out experience!

Entirely adequate Chinese food in a cozy, lakeside location. The food is unremarkable. Decently tasty, but nothing that stands out as exceptional. The lunch prices were cheap and portion size was good. I wouldn't seek this place out, but if I were hungry and nearby, I'd consider coming back with no compunction.
