Cast Iron Tavern

I just had dinner tonight 1/4/20.. the burgers were really good made to order but I was disappointed by a few things.
First they told me they did not have a gluten free bun despite saying they offered it on the menu. With the wide availability of gluten free buns available now I think it shouldn’t be difficult to have them.
Second the fries came with a coating which was not on the menu. When I asked our server she didn’t know what it was ... I think if you’ll be serving food it would be wise to know what you’re serving. Apparently it was beer batter on the fries for a gluten sensitive individual I would not have ordered them had they so stated on the menu.
So next time please be considerate of all the above. Not sure I’ll be back maybe for drinks only my husband liked it

Without question BEST FOOD this side of the Rockies. I have eaten at Cast Iron many, many times and each time I try something new. It has gotten to be a joke that my response is ALWAYS, “This is the BEST (whatever I’m eating) that I have EVER had.” Chef Bob takes a personal interest in every dish served and it shows.
A FANTASTIC family owned and inspired restaurant. You are missing out on a fabulous meal, enjoyable atmosphere and attention to detail service at this wonderful eatery if you don’t check it out.

We like the food and the staff was attentive. The atmosphere was warm and the wait system was supplemented by notifications on Yelp and texts making the wait much easier. We also enjoyed standing by the fire pit outside and petting a couple of customers dogs while we waited. It was a very nice evening.

This place is fantastic. The owners are always there and are such wonderful people, and everyone on the staff is very pleasant. The atmosphere, food, and drinks are all excellent. I honestly can't speak highly enough about this place. Keep up the good work!

I LOVED this place! I could not find one thing about this restaurant that wasn't absolutely top notch. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is so friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully presented, totally original, and very creative. Enjoyed every minute. Too bad I live in Florida because I would be here every week. Great job Cast Iron Tavern!
