If you want that classic friendly atmosphere with a side of great tasting food and a big selection then this is the place. If elvis could eat here constantly then so can you. You're definitely gonna become friends with nick after one visit.
The food is great here and the prices are really good for what you get! It's pretty small, and it looks like it's only ran by the owners. Both of them are super nice though.
We stopped here for a quick breakfast before continuing travelling. I really loved the Elvis ambiance and the friendly service. The waitress and chef (I think it might have been Nick himself) were attentive and made you feel like you are in your small hometown cafe. Great cup of joe and breakfast if you're in the area.
Friendly and tasty! The history and the service were akin to a better time when service and hospitality mattered. Driving all the way from South Carolina and tasting the delicious Fools Gold Sandwich made every mile worth it!
Nick's history and recollections were impressive to listen to as he served you a wholesome meal.
If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be going back!
This place has a cool Elvis vibe to it.. We ate lunch here and enjoyed ourselves in the process. My wife and I both had a cheeseburger with fries and were surprisingly impressed with the quality of the burger. They used real ground beef that wasn't one of those fake hamburger/hockey pucks that others use. The people there were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return for breakfast next time.
