Wonderful dinner for 2 for $25. Great deal for all the food. Both my husband and I got two big dinner salads, then a 6 oz. Sirloin that was cooked perfectly. It came with mashed potatoes topped with bacon cheese and onions. Also lots of perfectly steamed broccoli. We shared a big piece of New York cheesecake topped with strawberries. Mike, our waiter was attentive and efficient answering any questions and checking on us. He was busy and kept everyone happy.

At first I was going to give this a low rating. I waited forever at the bar to get my food order in. Got our drinks right away, but took forever for the bartender to come take my order. I got the best steak they had, and ordered rare. I know its sirloin, so it takes awhile, but it also came extremely well done, and very very tough and dry. They let me keep the plate and brought me not just another steak but the entire meal again. So i was able to give the fail steak to my dog, and have a very juicy buttery RARE steak for myself. I added a FULL order of shrimp on my meal, and they gave me that a second time on the house for the mistake on my meal. They went above and BEYOND to maie it right to me. And i was definately forgiving. So 5 stars for amazing customer service and making it up well.

We come here regularly for babyback ribs, share a rack, and I take slow and hubby wants fries. It is cheaper than ordering 2 half racks. Order one to split on 2 plates, and split sides. They are happy to, actually suggested we order that way. This SW plaza is our favorite location with more consistent quality and service.

The service was slow -to acknowledge our arrival, get our drink order, get the food order, refill chips and deliver food. Very disappointing since we usually have consistently good experiences at this location. Food was good though.

My girlfriend and i went to this southwest plaza location for dinner and i was amazed by the service i was provided with by our server Jerry. He provided excellent service and was very attentive. He definitely went above and beyond. I haven't had service this good in a very long time and was overly impressed with how amazing he was and how good of a server he was and will surely return because of his amazing service.
