Teriyaki Madness

Pretty good for fast casual food. As the name implies, most dishes on the menu are based around the flavor of teriyaki. We had noodle bowls and they were good. The ingredients are mediocre quality at best, but it's what you should expect for this price point and this type of restaurant. Definitely a step above most fast food, yet not the caliber of Modern Market, Chipotle, Tokyo Joe's, or Garbanzo.

The employees working register are always so helpful and friendly! I have been to this location multiple times and have never left dissatisfied. We love you teriyaki madness!!!

Good experience the first couple times. Now there have been a short string of quality issues. The white rice has been mushy 2 of the last 3 visits. Today, my mobile order wasnt ready when I got there, no big deal. The guy said they were finishing it up so I took a seat. 25 minutes later, 3 mobile pick ups and one walk in, I ask how much longer it would be. Again he asks my name and checks the shelf, sure enough it was there. He knew I was waiting and it never crossed his mind to follow up.. TM is on hold for me. Maybe we'll try again in 3 -4 months.

Follow up: I appreciate the fact that you read these and respond quickly. This particular person has been there for quite some time and is not a new staff member. I understand that things can get hectic but there were a couple other mobile orders and 1-2 walk ins.

28 Feb 2022 - I have a suggestion. When placing an order via the mobile app, there is a space for special instructions. I always ask for no cabbage but the instruction does not seem to make it back to the staff. Could this be printed more prominently on the order they receive or highlighted. While cabbage is not the end of the world and can certainly be picked out, when this happens regularly it detracts from the experience.. Much appreciated.

This place is really good. I think it beats Tokyo Joe's by a long shot. The large bowl is huge. The teriyaki chicken bowl and spicy chicken bowls are my go to. They also give you enough sauce to make the bowl delicious from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend!
