Wendy's

Food is good. Customer service a tad lacking. If I am the only customer in line there is no reason at all for the guy taking orders to act impatient. Plus I was getting a deal from the app and the wifi wouldn't connect here so it wouldn't pull up the offer. At least impatient order taker knew how to put it in the register. But 2 suggestions, never allow your customer service reps to make customers feel rushed and make it to where your WiFi works to pull up your app. Also I did not get a receipt, feel it was laziness and carelessness on the part of the person taking my order, I mean a one dollar order doesn't matter, right? People with a one dollar order don't deserve the respect of good service and a minimum of an actual receipt? I hope this can be a training moment for employees.

I loved it especially the chicken sandwich it has a nice buttery bun but the place was dirty

Definitely one of the better Wendy's. I think the people who work at this location care just a little more than usual. My food has always been made fresh and I certainly don't mind waiting a minute or two for that.
