Fantastic Creme Brule. They made our 1st anniversary special. Had the cedar plank salmon which was tasty. Also, blackened ribeye was pretty yummy. Order medium rare if you want medium. It was a bit too charred for me. Reasonably priced. Beautiful patio in the back.
Our family had the pleasure of dining at 636 tonight and we were impressed not just with the food but also the exceptional service we received. We did not have a reservation, yet they were able to sneak us in. I wish we would have taken a picture of our dessert, but we inhaled it.
Probably our new favorite in Durango.
I would recommend for the New York Strip and whoever come on Tuesday you guys should try the special menu which is Sautéed Sea Scallops. The taste is so fantastic. Also for the dessert I will suggest for Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse.
Very nice outdoor plaza. Glad we elected to eat there as inside very dark. I wouldn’t agree that restaurant was “Asian inspired.” Our starter was potstickers but my main was meatloaf and my husband’s was the Monday usual special of jerk chicken but pork chop was substituted. Potstickers were chewy but sauce was tasty. Both mains were well prepared— quantity perhaps a bit over generous. Our server was sweet but a little inexperienced. She needs to practice serving wine without spilling it everywhere. Yummy crème brûlée to finish.
We loved this place! Every dish was so good and we ordered a bunch! The egg rolls, pan fried wontons, tuna. Then had the Filet Minion, broiled half chicken, the shrimp with coconut sauce plates. OMG total delish!
Prices were super reasonable for the quality of the dishes.
Service was stellar as well. Make a reservation… it was standing room only. They have tents out back that were super durable with heaters so it really was comfortable.
Def drop a pin on this place when in Durango. We will be back.
