“I've been considering the Texas Twister for a couple of weeks while ordering the All you can Eat Catfish (which is fantastic). Sweet Potato topped with Brisket and other toppings. I was very disappointed when I finally ordered it. The "brisket" hidden under the toppings was all chunks of fat. Very little actual meat to be found. Maybe this is how they get rid of the fat trimmed off the brisket? There was so much potential, but... yuck.”
