Great flavor, and good balance with the jam and apples.
Bread was super fresh, cut the roof of my mouth a bit. But it’s the better trade off over store bought bread.
Cool vibe, the two person chef team cranked out our order. Looks like speed is greatly improved as we were the 5th group of people when we got there -

(October 19, 2021, 3:43 am)Super nice & attentive staff, good food though a somewhat limited menu. They give u fried faba beans while u wait. Problem: 1 chef doing everything. That needs to change. Too long a wait.
