JAWS sushi

I’m obsessed with jaws. I used to work at a sushi restaurant where I’m from and I could never find anything that came close to what I was used to. Jaws checks off all my boxes. A good, diverse menu, cozy restaurant and to go services when I’m feeling a night in. This picture was after 5 minutes of eating... Easy to say we were very hungry.

DELICIOUS sushi! Super fresh and they had a soup of the day with salad as well. Just be aware that the Alaska roll has SMOKED salmon, so is on the drier side. The atmosphere was pretty trendy too, and they had a bar. Would definitely recommend.

Every roll I’ve ever had here is delicious. The service is great, Ambiance is relaxing and chill and the food is always great! I highly recommend the Kim K ????

Jaws is my favorite sushi restaurant in Northern Colorado. The chefs are experienced and incredibly talented. In over 6 years of dining at Jaws, every staff member I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. The eclectic decorations are admittedly an odd touch, but after a couple visits just add to the experience. It is an awesome place! Highly recommended!

My wife and I had dinner at Jaws while passing through Fort Collins for her birthday. We sat at the bar and watched them prepare our food. Everything was great and our sushi rolls were fantastic. The service was excellent - they were pretty busy but we didn't have to wait at all and our server was very attentive. They also have a good selection of beer and cocktails. It was a really nice birthday dinner - we would definitely eat here again for sushi in Fort Collins.
