I grew up with southern homestyle cooking and this place is the real deal. I've only tried a few items but all were delicious. Especially impressed with the fried chicken and the corn rolls. Also had the excellent fried okra and the home-made BBQ sauce was just to my taste, more vinegar than sweet. Large portions for lunch, you'll take some home.

It has been some time since my first visit to a restaurant actually surprised me with how good it was. This place has some of the most crispy, tender, fried chicken in the city. The onion rings were also outstanding, a perfect balance of ring and onion made complete with a mysteriously delicious dipping sauce. Do yourself a favor and make plans to visit.

Great food!!! My wife had fried catfish and I had chicken fried chicken. Huge dinner portions nice tender chicken with great gravy. Can't get enough of the maple Brussel sprouts. Wife absolutely loved the catfish. Owners and all staff are amazing. You will not be sorry or leave hungry after enjoying a meal here.

Oh my gosh, honestly expected to not be impressed by the food, but you will honestly do yourself a great disservice by not eating here. The food is so flavorful! I had the stuffed pepper and wanted to ask for seconds. I don't usually eat a huge portion of food, but man, this was tasty! The service was outstanding. Met Rob, they're from Memphis and we should be grateful they made it to Fort Collins!

My wife and I just enjoyed dinner at Plant to The Plate! There are very few places that we’ve been to that have as many options that fit both of our diets and tastes. She’s vegetarian. I enjoy meat. Sometimes it is hard to agree on a place that have ample choices for the two of us. Here we both actually had a hard time choosing because it all sounded good. She had the vegan pot pie and I got the classic southern meat loaf. The plates came with two sides each so we got a good variety to share. My favorite was the baked beans. Everything we ate was fantastic. The prices were very fair for the generous portions. I’m excited to come back for the fried catfish plate. If you are looking for classic southern cooking and/or something a little healthier you gotta check it out!
