The Regional

One of the best meals I've had in a while. Our table started with apps; fresh oysters, steamed mussels, and crab rolls. Crab rolls were my favorite. For dinner we shared the fisherman's stew and truffle mushrooms wheat cavetali. Both were phenomenal!! Also tried the beets red velvet cake and the chocolate cake, chocolate cake was my favorite.

There wine selection is superb.the staff is really attentive and our server Taylor did an awesome job!! We will be back and would highly recommend the regional to everyone.

This is the best spot for quality food in Fort Collins. Flavors are incredibly complex, delicious. Great drinks, quality wine. Very cute restaurant. Slightly smaller portions but well worth it. Will be coming here as much as possible.

I have found a little gem of a place! The Regional has apparently been in Fort Collins for just over a year and I have been missing out!!
We happened to come in when there were happy-hour specials all evening AND a little live acoustic guitar! The food & service was nothing short of fantastic! The music was just right.
My husband and I shared east coast oysters, braised mussels, seriously awesome pork spare ribs (with truck stop pickles!), the crab roll, a simple (perfectly dressed) salad AND desert!
We celebrated our anniversary and found a new favorite place.
Way to go everyone at The Regional! See you for gluten-free fried chicken tomorrow night ;).

Warm and comfortable on a cold evening, with staff who seemed really pleased to see us. A nice ambience without being too noisy to be heard across the table, (without raising your voice). Server was friendly and competent.

We started with carrots cooked in dirt! Sounds disgusting, but all six of us loved them. As it was a Wednesday, they do a family style fried chicken special , this came with grits and jalapeno, (a little kick in it), and broccoli Again, excellent, the chicken not greasy, but cooked to perfection. Others had a vegetarian cauliflower based dish, chick peas, quinoa and carrots. I didn't try it, but the two people who did, both loved it.

Reasonably priced, unusual food, perfectly cooked. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Good venue, good service, good drinks and ok food. My wife had the beef and that was good. I love lamb but I didn’t like my dish, a little spicy and left my mouth dry plus I had put about 3 mouthfuls of gristle back on the plate. All the cakes were gluten free which in our experience means lacks flavor and the carrot cake proved that theory. I would give 4 stars but our reservation was rescheduled due to snow and we were told we would be “looked after”, but I still don’t know what that means as my wife didn’t even get a congratulations for her birthday even when subtly dropped into the ordering of her birthday carrot cake. I would happily visit again, but i won’t be rushing back.
