The Still Whiskey Steaks

Definitely the best steak in Fort Collins, if not the best steak I’ve ever had! I got the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly, the seasoning was absolutely perfect. There was a special taste to this steak and I only assume it was the whiskey they marinate the steak in. There’s certainly a good reason this place has lasted 5 years the in the harsh Fort Collins commercial real estate market! Thanks for an absolutely fantastic meal!

This place is really great. They have an excellent happy hour with fun drinks and several menu items. The french onion soup and wedge salad is amazing! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and there was ever an entire meal left over for the next day due to the generous portions. My mom had the short ribs and it was an enormous amount of meat that just fell off the bone. Make a reservation so you don't miss out!

Ambiance of The Still Whiskey was wonderful with a rustic modern feel. Servers were dressed in casual attire but with a 5-star restaurant service. We were admittedly greeted by the bartender with sitting taking place shortly there after. Despite us coming in only an hour and a half before they closed we were given all the courtesy as though we had all night. Food was amazing! We both order steak meals. The ribeye melted in your mouth! Service was wonderful with plenty of attention without it being overbearing or excessive. Excited to go back.

If you want a great steak, cooked correctly on the first try, come to whiskey steaks. They have an extensive whiskey menu and if steak isn't what you're in the mood for, there is a good selection of fish, chicken and pork. As an added bonus, you won't hear happy birthday sung 30 times during your meal. You won't regret it.

I was here on a business dinner and this place was hopping on a Monday night. All food was fantastic. The steaks were amazing. I would definitely be back next time I am in Fort Collins. The service was great and the food was awesome. If you have a chance to visit, make sure you make time to visit for a meal.
