The fried beer batter chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was amazing!!!! The service was quick and the server attentive. There was live music which added to the ambiance. This place is a good place for eating by yourself or in groups. There is a mixture of bar, booths (rectangular and circle), and table with chairs.
Live local music and a GREAT selection of tap beers, local and imported. A tap selection that can suit any taste. Family friendly and a laid back vibe.
We hit the Pourhouse after taking in a couple downtown movies over the Christmas holiday break. Our first group arrived between lunch and dinner times, so more seating was available than usual and my nieces were happy that they got to pick a booth. Dad and I didn't need menus as it's usually a Heartburn pizza for each of us. Nieces went with French Onion soup and Mac N Cheese. Food was great, as usual. Since we arrived around shift break, we had two different servers. Olivia and Desirae were each prompt with taking and delivering our orders and they made sure our beverages were always full (waters or sodas). Thanks ladies! When the rest of the family arrived an hour later from their "chick flick", we were smoothly transitioned back to our usual table for 8-10 people. The flat screen TVs had an old college bowl game playing(Ohio State/Clemson), so dad and I are now primed for the college football playoffs starting tomorrow. We were in and out before the dinner crowd got too big, so it was real easy to hold a conversation across the table. Thanks again and I've got a couple slices of pizza to eat cold for breakfast today ;-)
First time visiting Loveland, CO, out here for business. For a Monday night, the Pourhouse Bar & Grill was no snooze fest. The ambience of an old hotel , from the revolving door entrance, to the beautiful woodwork ornamentation to the contrasting sports TVs it is a beauty. Boasting 70 different beers and ales, especially New Belgium, it clearly lives up to its name. The food was great and won't put you in the "poor house" , sorry. We will definitively be back and I highly recommend it.
My husband and stopped here on a Sunday afternoon after a mountain drive, especially for him to try the London fish & chips. We were very impressed with the fast, quality service by our server, Alexis, who made sure we had what we needed! The food was great, too: best fish & chips so far in CO, and the green chili was flavorful, spicy, and filling. Stellar experience overall!
