“Staff is amazing. 🙂Felt like talking to my neighbors. I ordered avocado toast and biscuits with gravy. The toast was Much better than expected. 🤤Crunchy (not hard) on the out side. Soft at the center. The flavors weren't received as an explosion, rather, they subtly intensified with each bite. 😅To be honest, the toast was so filling I didn't make it to the biscuits. I'm sure it will be as good if not better.💯 I'm won over as a new regular to this establishment 👏”

“We are on vacation in Colorado, and our first stop was Las Animas Grill. Google recommended from Trinidad, CO so we decided to check it out. First of all, love the downtown area that it’s located in - lots of colored and unique buildings - and Las Animas Grill fits right in with the aesthetic. Easy parking in the area, as well. We were greeted from the moment we got in and sat at a table within a couple minutes despite a packed place. We decided to grab one savory (Denver Scramble) and one sweet dish (French Toast) to share. They were both delicious meals and did not regret our decision. We grabbed our kids silver dollar pancakes and mixed fruit to share, which was recommended by our server. Overall, great experience with the staff and location. Grabbed a shot glass and a patch as a souvenir, and plan to come back if we ever drive to CO again.”

“First time there and loved it! Set on the patio with a great view of Fisher's Peak. The staff and service was great. I loved the Greek Wrap, my husband loved his Burger Sliders and our friend's Fiesta Wrap was a hit. We all had the fresh fried potato chips which were great. Also the Pretzel Bites with the draft beer we ordered was really good. Absolutely going back.”

“They ask you if you would prefer whole pickles in your sandwich or the relish. I definitely loved that because I don't necessarily like sweet with my beef. The sauce however is very much its own in addition to the delicious rub on the meat. Very good. They will also deck out in order of chili fries like crazy for you which would also super good. Everything was tasty but almost missing an extra bit of spice perhaps. Even the person who doesn't like spicy foods would probably make that suggestion. Now I wish I would have taken a photo sandwiches are made and wrapped ready to eat no mess! Enjoy.”

“My band needed to find some last minute grub while waiting for a tow truck and we were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem. We were beyond surprised with how satisfying and filling the food was, and blown away by the excellent service. Our server Linda was a total sweetheart AND an amazing cook. Seems like she did everything start to finish, just to make sure we left with smiles on our face. Incredibly grateful 🙏”
