It is what it is: value food at value prices with a staff that could use some encouragement: 8/10 times here, the staff gives off the vibe they'd rather be anywhere else. It's tough to give service with a smile in a fast food scenario, but that comes from management leadership. We've frequented Del Taco locations in other cities and had consistent friendly service, so I know it can be done. We love your staff, just wish you loved your customers in return. Outside of that, the food comes out hot, drinks are cold, and the orders are consistently correct. 😁
