We used Hill Billy Grill Catering for MBC GRAND RADIO Christmas party. Wow, it was fresh, hot, and homemade, smoked chicken, pulled pork, corn, coleslaw, baked beans, salad, and rolls.

They arrived on time and set it up perfectly. Stephanie and her crew love what they do and highly recommend them. Hillbilly Grill Catering is at The Mesa Mall, food court.

OH MY WORD! I had the brisket sandwich with the tangy bbq sauce and a side of Mac. First off, the brisket sandwich was a very large portion of meat served on a warmed bun and the bbq sauce has so many uniquely exquisite flavors. And for the Mac and cheese, It’s was so good. It was very obvious baked because it had a beautifully tasty crust and the Mac was so stringy and delicious. All this food for less than 15 dollars. BUT NO IT DOES NOT STOP THERE! I had the pineapple cream stubborn soda. I got a big cup for about 5 bucks and I have been getting discount refills with my cup. I get a large delicious soda for like $3 dollars and it’s so tasty. This restaurant does not disappoint 10/10!

Hillbilly Grill recently catered a huge school carnival event for us. The food was delicious. Everyone was raving about how delicious the food was, and I didn't hear a single complaint about anything. The food was all hot, the drinks were all cold, and food safety was obviously a big concern. It was a well-orchestrated process that made it quick and easy for customers. The portions were large, and the customers were all pleased with having Hillbilly Grill serve food for event. I anticipate a big bump in their bookings as a result of their excellent catering for this event!

The food here was SO delicious and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try out this amazing food! The hot dogs were HUGE! The portions were large, and I can't say enough good things about it all. Meat was superb! Thank you Thank you!!
