The Cutting Board

The subs are delicious,maybe the best in town. They were brought to our table almost as fast as we sat down. The bread tastes fresh and the shredded lettuce was also fresh and captured the essence of a good sub. The ratio of meat, condiments, vegetables, and spices was perfecto. 5 stars only because there aren't 6.

Nice little deli on Horizon just south of the airport. Sandwiches and wraps are made fresh. Very clean with nice folks. Walk up counter. If they have the ingredients they will make what you want, but the New York sandwich is something special. Give them a try. You will enjoy their food

I don't normally give out 5 stars across the board, but The Cutting Board deserves it all! The staff are amazing and the food is even better! This is a MUST go if you are in the Grand Junction area!

Edit: 7/6/2023 - I just finished up with a sweet chili chicken wrap, and I have to say that is one of the best things I have ever had from the cutting board. The meat was fantastic and the flavors all blended together very well. This is an absolute must try if you are stopping here for lunch.

I destroyed my food in minutes. The folks let me loiter before my flight.

I was on my way to get generic fast food when I saw this sandwich shop and decided to go there instead. The guy working the register was very welcoming and friendly and my turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich was delicious! The bread was fresh, the turkey was stacked over an inch thick and the bacon was crispy and thick cut! I had a good feeling about it and was glad my hunch was correct! I will definitely go back when I am in town again!
