Rib City - Montrose

I worked with Shannon over the last few months, from Canada, to organize a welcome/ rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding which was happening at Top of the Pines, in Ridgway, Colorado. Shannon took care of every detail- she ran the event as if it was hers personally. The food was excellent; everyone loved it and there was enough selection to accommodate any special needs. I can’t rate them highly enough- 11/10!

Service was good, but I was a little disappointed with the food portions for the price we paid. I got the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs and left hungry, and I don't eat a lot at my dining sessions. Also the restaurant could use some updating with the inside of the building, especially with the boots. Some of them are ripped needing to be reupholstered. This was our first time at this restaurant, and we were moderately satisfied with our meal and that was my entire party that went there to eat as well. Might try again, but I do feel that there are other choices that might be able to provide a better portion to price comparison than what we experience at this location.

Got the baby back ribs and the beef brisket lunch plates to go. The serving sizes were a little small but very tasty. I loved the slightly spicy, very peppery mac and cheese but be aware that little kids probably won't like it. The tangy sauce was an interesting bbq mustard fusion

Great food and clean restaurant and friendly staff. Was a bit busy when we went and orders where coming out slowly but all in all not bad of a place for being my first time going there.
