Love my friends who work at SB Montrose! Always so happy to see their smiling faces!

I went through the drive through today on July 25, 2022 around 1:30 and the guy who took our order assured us that our order would be out shortly (which it was) and then instead of ignoring us -like how most interactions go in drive-throughs- he started asking us how our day was, and started a great conversation, even went as far as to compliment my friend on her shirt. The interaction didn’t feel forced or like he was doing it out of responsibility. He was being a genuine, kind soul and we need more service workers like him. His name is Connor, and he definitely deserves a raise. 10/10 best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I’ll be going back indefinitely.

I usually don’t have the best time waiting in line for coffee. But today it was very nice! Conner (sp) is a very stylish and kind Barista! He started up a nice conversation while we waited for my drink to be ready. Most times people choose not to do something like that, which is fine but I get stuck waiting awkwardly by the closed window. It was a very pleasant visit! He definitely deserves props for doing things like this!! Thank you Conner!
