Best pub food we’ve had in a long time! Just what Ouray was missing. Fish and chips rivaled anything on the coast and killer tartar sauce. Homemade tots were scrumptious and decadent as were the homemade tarragon chicken fingers served with a curry mustard sauce. The flavor combo was perfect and very elevated. The new chef has it dialed in for sure. Also, Shannon was a helpful, friendly, and efficient server with great follow through. We thought we’d have to wait when we walked in to a busy restaurant but received our drinks and our food in a timely manner. We will be back!
Great service. Overheard the girl who worked there say she was from Tucson! That's where I am from! Although she didn't personally wait on us she was excellent with all the customers who came in. Our waiter (male) was very nice and attentive. Great staff!
Thank you for being the only restaurant open late enough to feed a hungry traveler who arrived in town well after 9pm. That spicy grilled chicken sandwich was very delicious. The karaoke thing was interesting, too.
We ate dinner last night at Full Tilt Saloon and had a wonderful time with our extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating server, Shannon. I’m a fish and chips fanatic and have rarely experienced good fish and chips in the states; they nailed it! Additionally, my daughter has celiac disease and though they only had a salad option for her, they were knowledgeable and understood the importance of ensuring there was no cross contamination with gluten. Others in our party had burgers, a spicy chicken sandwich, and loaded tater tots; all were thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend for a casual lunch or dinner! Thanks for a great dining experience, Shannon!
Update July 2022: the vibe has changed - for the worse. We were the only customers and they were playing classical music. Menu has changed - smaller. And, no pastrami which was their best food option. Fish was $20 and the portion was small.
July 2021: This was our "go to" when we needed a drink and bite to eat as they are often open. Friendly service. Good food -- the pastrami is outstanding. Good burgers and fries. Nice, rotating selection of drafts (including sours). Patio seating available. One big screen TV (and they put on the game for us!).
