“Took a shot in the dark and booked a 3 night stay at their campground in a premium riverside site. It's rare to find a 50 amp site with water and sewer in the dead of winter! The views were second to none at their property. Perfect views of the river and mountain backdrop. The property has phenomenal accomodations and the hosts were beyond wonderful to speak with. Facilities that they offer are great from fuel, to laundry and nice, clean showers. We will be staying with them again in the future for sure! Thanks again folks, we are sold on this location.”

“I really wanted to leave this very cool restaurant a 5 star review and I would if it were based on my meal only. Let me explain: the large menu portion had 3 entrees - they were out of 2. Bummer. The bean hummus was excellent, plated beautifully, but not much hummus or beans. The baked feta was excellent too. Toasted bread with both great. Considering we had 2 apps and shared the sturgeon large plate (excellent but served with nothing but olive tapenade), I thought pricey. I'm ok with all of that until the bill came with 5% KITCHEN LIVEABLE WAGE FEE WHICH GOES DIRECTLY TO PROVIDING OUR HARD CULINARY TEAM WITH A LIVEABLE WAGE...I was and am fuming. Shouldn't the employer be providing liveable wages? Sorry, I won't be recommending or visiting this place again.”

“Amazing breakfast place. Our food came out quickly and the serving sizes were huge! Great amount of food for the price. The biscuits and gravy were amazing and the salsa that came with the breakfast burrito was super fresh. The sausage patties with the rise n grind platter were huge compared to even store bought ones. Would highly recommend stopping by for breakfast and eating outside for the view or inside for the cozy interior.”

“We had a wonderful meal at this hidden gem while vacationing in Ouray. Tired of the usual bar/brew fare, we were looking for something different and were shocked to find Mi Mexico. Service was attentive and accommodating throughout the meal. Even though we arrived around 3:30, we were able to order from the reduced price lunch menu. Servings were huge, and the food appeared to be fresh and flavorful. The spice level could have been higher for me, but my flavor profile is used to very spicy foods. I highly recommend seeking out this wonderful and different restaurant.”

“This place was great! We sat on the rooftop. Adam, our server was very on top of things, funny and friendly! The pizza was tasty though a little "floppier" than we prefer. Don't get me wrong... it was still really good, and we are happy to have enough left over for dinner! The fresh peach mule was very refreshing as well! Highly recommend this place if you want to just chill and watch people!”

“Update July 2022: the vibe has changed - for the worse. We were the only customers and they were playing classical music. Menu has changed - smaller. And, no pastrami which was their best food option. Fish was $20 and the portion was small. July 2021: This was our "go to" when we needed a drink and bite to eat as they are often open. Friendly service. Good food -- the pastrami is outstanding. Good burgers and fries. Nice, rotating selection of drafts (including sours). Patio seating available. One big screen TV (and they put on the game for us!).”

“We ordered four catered lunches to take out on our trail ride from Kami’s Samis. This place is divine!! The sandwiches were fresh and full of flavor and the whole meal was packed so nicely in a nice reusable bag. I failed to take pics since we gobbled our meal down so quickly. Kami is great to work with and answers emails personally and promptly. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Keep up the great work!”

“Had a good breakfast here today. I had the eggs and bacon with English muffin, bf had there French toast with bacon. Both were great, the bacon was a thick cut and cooked just the way we like it - crispy. His French toast was amazing - not soggy in the middle and the mix berries topping made it fantastic. Loved the piano player was there playing. Made the place welcoming.”

“4 starts + 1 for effort. Not bad for a little mountain town, but Google, stop comparing to Perry's (a real 5-star in another little mountain town). The steak was good. Service was adequate, but I'd prefer to be less aware (ideally entirely unaware) of staffing discussions between manager and staff. The rhubarb crumble thingy was overwhelmingly apple - not bad for apple crumble.”

“Beautiful hideaway with delicious food, comfortable setting and excellent service. We accidentally came upon this gem hidden off the beaten path in Ouray for my birthday. I never told them it was my birthday but my family and I felt very special from the time we arrived. The wine is so yummy and the food extremely delicious. I am so happy we were able to enjoy this amazing restaurant and hope that others get to enjoy this as much as we did.”

“Our entire crew of 15 went here. The service was awesome, the food was seriously amazing. I felt so happy they were able to get us in with hardly a wait! A thunderstorm began after we had sat, and it was so cozy and lovely upstairs with the bustle of busy-ness and folks coming in to seek shelter from had rain. My burger was out of this world, and the rest of the folks in my family are mostly vegetarian and they too were beyond happy. I am back home in California now, but this place left such good vibes, i had to write a review.”

“We eloped yesterday and were out all day taking photos and exploring. At the end, we were exhausted and starving but realized we failed to make dinner plans. We decided to just pop in here to see if we could get a table and they were all booked up but they told us to have a seat and they would figure something out for us. We even tried telling them we could just sit at the bar but they said absolutely not, they were going to get us a table together since it was a special day for us. The food was AMAZING. Everyone was so nice. We had someone send us a bottle of champagne, the restaurant gave us our meal for free and another customer bought us dessert. It was the perfect ending to our day and we were blown away by the food and hospitality.”

“We tried the 550, a pepperoni pizza and the cheesy bread and all of it was very good. The 550 is enough to feed at least three, but maybe four people, so it is a great value and also tastes amazing. The service was good and prompt. We would definitely eat here again.”
