Great BBQ! The chicken and pulled pork were delicious. Open fire pits during the winter make this local eatery a must stop!

My husband, myself and our son went there for lunch today 11/6/21. That place is THE BEST BBQ I've ever had! We enjoyed it tremendously! Tim, the owner was so kind and is an amazing pit-master. We had pulled pork, brisket sandwiches and a 1/2 chicken, a sausage link and a chicken leg, potato salad and baked beans! I HIGHLY recommend this place.
I just tried the Smiling Pig in Bailey (a Trailer next to Chimney Doctor) I have tried every barbecue place up here from Grant to Golden and not only is this the best barbecue up here by light-years it might be the best barbecue I’ve had since the year I lived in Kansas City in the 90s. The owner Tim is a true pit master. Unfortunately at this point they just open Saturdays and Sundays but it is definitely worth trying.
