Catch Steak Aspen

We had an absolutely amazing experience at catch. Our servers Christie and Alex were on top of it and gave us the best service we could ask for. We started with the 3 raw + rolled appetizers… our favorites out of those was the Tuna a la Sardinia and the blue king roll, for dinner we our favorites were the crispy potato croquettes, imperial Wagyu filet, and Mashed potatoes. We loved our experience at Catch!

Firstly - best wedge ever. Secondly - shoutout to the creamiest mash potatoes in the developed world. It doesn’t come cheap - but good things often don’t.

The wedge salad was really flavorful and had nice big bits of bacon with a yummy creamy sesame dressing. The sizzling shrimps were absolutely awesome with the spicy lobster sauce (not to much heat) and they were really juicy and tender. I chose the 12oz bone-in cowgirl ribeye and my wife enjoy the 8oz truffle butter filet. Both plates were cooked to perfection! Juicy, tender, and absolutely full of flavor. It makes my mouth water thinking about it. Then, we shared the incredibly delicious snicker baked Alaska; that was an amazing way to wrap up the evening. (Not pictured)

If you have the opportunity and the weather is nice, choose a table outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air while you dine! Our server Mitch was very attentive and made our evening very enjoyable. We will be back again soon.

This was new for us and very good. The dry aged steak I had was excellent and flavorful. our friends loved their various items as well. The seafood was excellent too. The sides were great as well. I thought the portions were a reasonable size. I expected giant size since it seemed very American oriented.
I will go there again.

Finally!! A real legit steak house comes to Aspen.
We had a fantastic meal last night! The apps were stellar , great salmon , the A5 was totally legit, and the bone in rib-eye perfect.
Fantastic drinks and desserts. David Richardson the general manager ( from Mats also well run) is a pro and appreciates your business. Wait staff well trained and NO bad attitude !
Also great Vibe going on and crowd and the space is arguably one of the best in Aspen.
We are local half the year and if your from a major city , you will have good comparisons to find this rates at the top and not just the current overpriced , poor service , bad attitude theoretical "steak joint " currently we were stuck with in Aspen.
Our friends are their several times over last few week with good experience too.
