The Boat Tow

We stumbled upon The Boat Tow for lunch over spring break, the service was amazing and food was absolutely wonderful!! Be sure to get a desert!! I was even more amazed to be welcomed home with a hand written note in the mail from the crew at The Boat Tow!! These folks went above and beyond and would HIGHLY recommend this fun atmosphere to anyone!! Give them a try!! We will certainly be back when back to Aspen!

I love the menu. Hot brie cheese, cheese with prosciutto, hmmm we went for lunch and not many people to there but there is an aprè ski menu too. Our servers were great.

Nestled in the heart of Aspen, The Boat Tow exceeded all expectations, leaving me utterly smitten by its exceptional service and inviting ambiance. From the moment we stepped in, the staff's attentiveness made us feel like honored guests.

The variety of dishes on the menu is truly impressive. We indulged in their heavenly deviled eggs, tantalizing tacos, and savored every bite of their delectable strawberry dessert. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. Oh, and their tuna poke? It was a flavor explosion, perfectly balanced and utterly delicious.

What truly stood out was the bartender's expert recommendations, which elevated our dining experience.

The Boat Tow's atmosphere is both welcoming and chill, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Without hesitation, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking exceptional food and service in Aspen.

Just hosted a bridal shower at The Boat Tow, and cannot say enough good things about this space and staff. As an event planner, I could not recommend them more! Incredibly accommodating, wonderful hospitality, and Liz went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! From assembling our party favors, to customizing a dessert recipe for our guests, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Not to mention, the food was amazing, and all the guests commented on how great everything tasted. Particularly recommend the Haus Tots - seriously, I will be back for those alone! Excited to see how The Boat Tow takes Aspen by storm!

So happy we stopped by. Staff is so friendly and food was amazing! Recommend the Teton Bolognese after a day of skiing and the Hot Chicken sandwich didn’t disappoint on the spice. Enjoyed the “Old Bullwheel” cocktail - warms the belly!
