Garlic & Onions Mexican Grill

Wow I was very pleasantly surprised this morning. I have not been here in quite some time, because you either get good food or good service, but never both.
Despite a sign "no staff, please be kind" we got very good service (Thanks, Jasmine!) and the fajitas were pretty amazing. There were 5 of us, and we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great authentic food! The salsa is awesome! Great prices! We have been to many restaurants in Pueblo and ordered drinks and the drinks are very weak no matter the restaurant. At Garlic and Onions, the drinks are always on spot, perfect and worth what we are paying for!! We highly recommend this restaurant!

First time here. Had the pork tamales with green chili. Fair sized portions and pretty flavorful. Will definitely be back when in the area. Waitress was friendly and attentive and despite a notice at the front door that they are short staffed and it might take longer, we were waited on and served rather quickly.

Well they made up for the last visit that was terrible! The food last night was on point, the cooks did an outstanding job and our waitress was amazing taking great care of us. It was all you can eat enchiladas beef, chicken or cheese could only eat one plate a lot of really good food. Great Job 👏

Few family restaurants can operate at the level that Garlic & Onions, seemingly effortlessly, does so well. A true gem. My biggest frustration at any establishment is timeliness. I can be, at times, unreasonably impatient. Having said that, Garlic and Onions may very well be an industry leader in providing for their customers while maintaining a welcoming environment. Two thumbs up!
