(May 4, 2022, 10:01 pm)Traveling the world it surprised me to find the best steak I have ever experienced in Pueblo CO. Pittsburgh is a style not commonly requested when cooking steak but the chef at Park East has proven themselves to be capable of proficiency. Closing your eyes and being transported to exactly what you want is so very rare in life. My first bite brought me to bliss. I am a Marine and to sink my teeth into something that makes me remember why I offer my life for America,... thank you for your service Park East. I will see you again.

(April 6, 2022, 2:59 am)One of pueblos nicer older restaurants. Food was flavorful and portions were good size, and presentation was beautiful on all plates. The staff were friendly and helpful and service was prompt and efficient. As for the margaritas....they were super! Cheers! It's more on the expensive side but for a romantic night out....it's worth it.
