Papa Jose's Union Cafe

A newer Mexican restaurant in Pueblo, Papa Jose's is casual and relaxed while offering really delicious food. We stopped in for dinner on Saturday evening and were pleasantly surprised. I was really impressed with the tamales and green chile (mild, hot, or mixed). Others in my party had taco salad and enchiladas. There was one thing in particular on the menu that intrigued me: spinach and cheese enchiladas. I'll definitely be back to try that.
If you're in the Union Depot area, Papa Jose's is a must try. You won't be disappointed.

My all-time favorite places to go in Pueblo. Absolutely in love with the chicken tacos on fried white! Sad to hear that they will be closing in a couple of months, highly recommend checking this place out before they do.

The food is always great here a great staple restraint down town. The servers are always nice and personable. It's a smaller place so sometimes there's a wait but always worth it. Summer time they do offer outdoor seating. The owner is almost there daily and is great about helping with any problems. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Pueblo.

Delicious Mexican food every time. Everything here has always been consistently good from food to service. Definitely recommend dining here.
