    Merchant is always friendly, sometimes there can be a little bit of a wait but nothing to excruciating. The friendliness of the staff goes a long way. Definitely one of our favorite merchants in this market.

    Absolutely delicious sushi, but even more importantly, extremely professional and courteous service. Wait staff treats you like family, respects social distancing, (even now in November 2021 when others have slacked off entirely as Pueblo hits record high Covid cases).

    But from the tea to the chopsticks and everything in-between, excellent. I recommend the ichi roll highly.
