“Getting food here is usually a pleasant experience and everything is usually as up to par as you can expect from a fast food place these days. However there have definitely been times as of late where things have been much slower and on my most recent trip I was forced to wait for my food while it sat on the warmer while several employees, (3 to be exact) stood in the office and had them a little chat! This all happened while two female employees were killing themselves trying to keep up with the orders and serving customers up front. There is absolutely zero reason to have two employees having to do the work for five of them that are being paid!”

“we usually have a pretty good experience. its always hot and tasty. But I always order Gluten Free and then I receive the 10 points toward my free pizza. Now I have 60 points for a free pizza but I cant get my Gluten Free pizza for free. Does that make sense? If the GF pizza cant be had for a free one then you should not be able to receive points for it. so something needs to be fixed w this picture. if this issue is fixed then I will give 5 stars later.
