Quincy's Steak & Spirits

Monday night on last leg of our 3 week road trip and expected everything to be closed. How very luckky we were to stumble upon Quincy's! The place is gorgeous, wonderful old wood carved bar, lots of stained glass and a copper ceiling. Best steak we've had in years and the folks are friendly. Wish this was in our neck of the woods.

Stopped in after visiting the sand dunes. By far the best meal we’ve had in our 9 day trip through Colorado. Food, price and service were top notch. Will return for sure if we’re a lever back in the area.

The steak was good. Can't ever recall being in a restaurant where no vegetables were served. Great back bar. Beautiful saloon

Went for the salads the steaks weren't really the goal. One steak was way under done, purple in middle and the tops were rock hard I had trouble sawing through it with my steak knife. I like mine Medium rare and that one was under done for me. No warm center it was cool to the touch. The other one was under done but closer to MR. We went for the salad though so it didn't matter much. My son enjoyed the steak though he's like me.

Wow. Absolutely one if not the best steak I’ve had at a restaurant. We have gone back at least 10 more times to see if they can change our mind. You will not be disappointed. The steak and Prime rib are awesome. The service staff have been very attentive to our dining experiences. These folks understand restaurant customer service.
