Definitely not the typical steamboat restaurant, it’s very busy and fast paced. The conversations buzzing and the place filled to the brim give it a lively feel. But once you have the food you can understand why it’s always so busy! We ordered the bison carpaccio and the flavors were the perfect mix!!!! The wagyu was good, but it still could of used more seasoning. Overall great place to eat for dinner and to have conversation.

My wife and I just had drinks, dinner and desert here last Saturday. The food was amazing, the drinks were excellent, the service was spectacular and the desert was to die for (photo included for drools). I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a great meal with great ambiance.

Wow! Outstanding small plate dining that can be shared around the table or eaten by one person. Great way to try out lots of menu items around the table. I especially enjoyed the kale salad and the bison. Delicious!

Awesome cocktails, the bar was wonderful.
The only thing really holding it back was the wait staff was something to be desired. I didn't like that I'm paying 80 dollars a person, and we are reusing forks and knives and plates between courses. Also didn't get checked in on at all during the courses didn't really have water at the table immediately when we ran out.

Besides that the food was amazing and unique. The beats are quite special and the drinks were house made.

The Spicy margarita or Kentucky fall are must-drinks for drinkers. The Capaccio and pimento cheese are eating heaven! Also to be mentioned are the shishito peppers and pork belly biscuits that my own grandmother cannot make better than these dudes.
