Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant & Taqueria

Huge menu, Southwest atmosphere, full bar with a huge selection of liquor (although I don’t drink), and friendly staff! Ceviches are their specialty. I can’t remember what exactly I ordered because it has been over a week since I ate there, but the huge plate was loaded and had enough food to feed two, maybe three. I want to go back next time I’m in or pass through Steamboat Springs!

Friendly staff. The food was authentic and yummy. We went with small combos and glad we didn't get the large as that would definitely have been way too large. If you leave hungry it would be your own fault. Priced reasonably as well.

I am from Texas and I think we have some of the best and most authentic Mexican food you can get in the states but this place had really good Mexican food. We don't find this kind of quality Mexican food outside of Texas. I would highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and attentive as well.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Their house made sangria had no actual fruit in it. I had kind of assumed that "house made" implied actual fruit. I'd happily come here again, but I wouldn't get the sangria.
