“We travel to many many many different ski towns throughout the United States and have to say that the Folks at the Gondola Pub and grill do an outstanding job with making you feel welcome and serving top notch food. During all of our visits to the Gondola Pub & Grill we were either greeted by the owner himself or the manager on duty. In most cases they came to our table many times to find out how our food was and also how our visit to Steamboat was going. “We went for Happy Hour - the cocktails were delicious and $2 off. We had the Brussels sprouts and regular French fries. Both were delicious - fries hand cut!! Our waitress Kelly was phenomenal - so friendly and accommodating and she brought out some chipotle Mayo when we were asking about a spicy Mayo option. Other food looks great and could be made dairy free if needed. My only reservation is there was no vegetarian/vegan option on the burger list.”

“Excellent service. Food is okay- what you’d expect They do offer gluten free options. Instead of a bun, it’s two slices of Udi’s bread. That said, it’s frozen and then microwaved (my bread was still partially frozen), and immediately crumbles. They need to toast the bread before putting it on a sandwich.”

“Family friendly dining. Great option if you are at the mountain base or in the square. Kids loved the mac n cheese so recommend. Chili and soup is exceptional and highly recommend. Pro tip: get the grilled cheese with the chili or soup. It's a meal! Queso was okay so recommend a different option. Matt was our server and he was 5 stars!!! “This was such a wonderful experience for our last night in Steamboat. Everything from the impeccable service (thanks to our gracious waiter, Martin) the hostesses, servers, and manager who came over to thank us and ask how everything was (perfect!). Started with the bacon wrapped dates, Truffle Pig salad (with our favorites Tuscan kale & pine nuts). The risotto was absolutely delicious and intensely flavorful with butternut squash and mushrooms topped with their tender, delicious steak. My husband had the NY Strip - outstanding with fresh mashed potatoes and perfectly prepared asparagus. We had a bottle of Cab from Argentina (fun fact: our waiter's native country). Wish we had room for dessert. Their attention to detail made the entire evening one of those nights you never forget. We highly recommend Truffle Pig and look forward to returning.”

Food was simultaneously unique and delicious: offering original combinations of flavors and interesting ingredients. This paradigm also applies to their signature cocktails, of which I tried 4. I can honestly say that everything was delicious. Presentation of the food was also excellent. Service was prompt, but friendly. Atmosphere was casual and not overwhelming. Extensive wine list.
