(April 16, 2022, 9:42 pm)Thank you, thank you for such a wonderful wedding rehearsal dinner last night! Everything was perfect! Our “tucked away” table and the service were both wonderful. Our waitstaff went out of their way to cater to all of our needs including rushing food for our hungry three-year-old granddaughter before the other food was served. The complimentary champagne for our family toast and the special dessert for the bride and groom were so special. All of our food was amazing! From our appetizers, to each entree, to the desserts, our entire group agreed that this was the best dining experience that we have ever had! We can’t thank you all enough for making this evening absolutely perfect. We will forever remember Rootstalk as the most wonderful evening! Thanks again!

Rootstalk is a phenomenal addition to the Breckenridge food scene. I would rate it at a little more expensive, but every bite is WELL worth it. Rootstalk will change the way you think about food. From the non-traditional French Onion soup to the delicious Hot Fudge Sunday, every bite was a palate-awakening explosion. -

(February 10, 2022, 2:08 pm)Great experience: service, food, cocktails - all five stars. You could stop at the apps: octopus, bruschetta, muscles. "Fall in Line" whiskey cocktail is worth ordering twice. Jacob was entertaining and attentive. The sea bass with escargot was a unique experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend!

This is what fine dining was made to be! So happy to have this amazing addition to our community. Can't wait for the next chance to go back. Thank you so much to the entire team at Rootstalk for making our experience above and beyond.
