The Canteen Tap House and Tavern

We were quite impressed with a first time visit to the Canteen. They have an awesome selection and the meats are smoked on site. The BBQ Korean beef tacos were excellent. The burgers are also very good with unique options to suit any taste. We will definitely be coming back again.

Fun atmosphere, good beer/wine and cocktail list. Food menu is comfort meets fancy bar food. Gluten free options but heavy on meat dishes, could be more veggie-friendly. Staff is very attentive, highly recommend reservations!

The atmosphere here is great, it has the ski town college vibe. Feels like your in a old cabin in the woods the canteen cup idea for drinks was really neat I personally though! The food was really good I had the green chili and it was on point! The salmon dip was pretty good with the smokey flavor! Really good beer selection and food you will want again and again!

We had a really great experience here. Our very first restaurant stop in Breckenridge. Our server Tracy was amazing! If you stop by here make sure to ask for her because she will give you wonderful service. The chili fries were really good. I had ordered the brisket and subbed the fries for mac and cheese. Really love the brisket. It is huge so it may feed two people unless you're really hungry. The sauce was a little on the sweeter side though but still yummy. Very glad that we had visited!

Patio is dog friendly and has a fire pit for colder evenings.
I loved the 585 burger. Reminded me of when Fat Burger was not a chain and was good (early 90s).
My wife got the Fun Guy Burger and she thought there was "way too much cheese" and couldn't taste the rest of the ingredients. She loved the 585 burger though.
