Eclectic Bar and Grill

This is my new favorite restaurant and I don't even live close! The food is absolutely AMAZING! Everything is home made, the meat if cooked perfectly, and the chef is soo nice and genuine. I got a chance to chat with the owner and he was one of the nicest humans I've ever met! Made me love this place even more. Anytime we are near this area, we go here for food. I 100% recommend!!

Simple decor with some artwork from local artists for sale. The food wasn’t bad. I can see the chef put lots of thoughts into the food and make them creative. But it seems that there’s still some improvement space to implement those great ideas!

Best restaurant in Silverthorne. The wings? Crispy and flavorful. The pork nachos? To die for. The trout deserves a “heart” icon on the menu to designate as a house favorite. The fish and chips? Best I’ve ever had. Batter nailed. Cook nailed. Flavor nailed. Drinks were on point. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience, go to Eclectic.

Went here with a group of friends for a reunion dinner. We were not disappointed. Everyone in our group had something different with a lot of sharing involved, everything was PHENOMENAL. The staff made us feel at home and the service was immediate. 10/10 would recommend for anyone coming into town. (I had the bison sandwich *french kiss*)

Great service and great food! We ordered the smoked chicken and the burger and both were delicious. The burger was the best I have had in a long time. The price point is exceptionally reasonable for the location and portion sizes which was a pleasant surprise. We went on a busy Saturday night and the staff seemed very busy but it was a non issue - we were well taken care of and food came quickly. Definitely a positive addition to the area and we will be back!
