Iron Tree Restaurant & Funky Town Brewery

I've lived in park county for 5 years. This is the best restaurant within 50 miles of me. The menu made me think I was at a trendy brewery in Denver or Dallas. And the food delivered. My only problem is I can't eat enough. Ambience was delightful. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are fair. Any burger from a gas station in the mountains cost $15. This is craft quality. It beats anything in Breck!
Couldn't believe some of the low score reviews. Some people just complain about everything. City snobs! Stay home then. (Couldn't help myself)

Buns from scratch (really good). Their burgers are full of flavor. Make the stop.

Excellent! Had dinner here twice now. My wife and I love it. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great!

All the beer that I wanted to try, they were out of. however, I was able to find a couple good substitutes for my typical IPA. food was really good really delicious and fresh. I had a burger and you could tell the bun had been homemade from scratch. It's somewhat off the beaten path, but definitely worth a stop. Wait staff are so so. our waiter was okay, but was not extremely attentive. However, we saw other wait staff that seemed a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I met my parents here for brunch on a Sunday. The service was very friendly. The drinks were good. All four of us enjoyed our food, but the chicken and waffles I had there might be the best chicken and waffles I've ever had! The ratio of meat to waffle was perfect and the buttery maple syrup sauce they had was amazing in it!
